We offer you a 36 hour response to any breakdown, 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year, by simply calling our office on 01473 839049. Simply call us and you will find that help is on the way. However, on numerous occasions we find we are able to talk you through the remedy, thus avoiding any loss of business to yourselves.

7. TOP QUALITY SERVICE
We believe that the regular service will mean that Point 6 above will be largely untested. We guarantee to service every machine within 12 weeks as, or as and when necessary. This includes complete sanitisation. Detailed records of your machine are kept on file with our engineer where monitoring of its performance ensures optimum and viable working efficiency for us all. 8. GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Within our business the last thing we want is for a customer to run short of syrup. So, working closely with a our national logistics company a guaranteed delivery system means orders received by us up to 12 noon daily will be delivered the following day, with one exception and that is related to weekend deliveries when an additional service charge might be necessary to accommodate this facility. The logistics company is based near to our office which allows us to have a hands-on control of all of our affairs.

9. LOGOS
In this company we believe that you must have the right to request your own company's retail logo on any of our machines. This may incur small costs on your part but the facility will allow you to fit our machines snugly into your own brand association. In this respect we are capable of selling or loaning the machines to you.
